More and more people would like to include their beloved pets into the family photos. It is because they are not just pets, they are family and they belong to the family album as much as every other member of the family photoshoot.
I am mainly taking photos in the North side of Sydney such as Mosman, Northern Beaches but I am travelling all over and I love the family photoshoots with pets more and more. Having the knowledge to work with animal and including the family to this fun time is becoming my favourite sessions.
The last photos I taken with the family plus the family owned horses is the above photo. We were so lucky with that amazing backlight, and even though we were very limited with the location I am literally in love with this family photo.
Beside horses of course involving your dog is also an option while we have our family photo session.
Also when you get a new puppy to be part of your family, it is a good idea to capture the first moments together, just like you capture your newborn baby. Look at these photos during a photoshoot at Balmoral beach (one of my favourite locations)
So it doesn't matter if you'd like to involve your puppy, dog, horse to a family photoshoot. The photos will have that extra cheer, a beautiful happiness when your four legged friend is included too!
