How much is a Paw Prints for a Cause and what does it include?

Each session costs $50 and includes:

  • A 15 minute photo session including registration, getting into position on set and actual photo session. Photos taken by a professional photographer.

  • 3 high res digital files, emailed within 5 business days. Digital files can be downloaded from your personalised online photo gallery

Please note that your photos are for private use only. If you’d like to use them for commercial reasons, please contact me in advance so we can make arrangements.

What is your reschedule, cancellation and transfer policy?

Reschedules:

I get it – plans change. If you find yourself needing to reschedule, and there's availability on our calendar, you can do so free of charge up to 48 hours before your booked session.

Simply reach out to me-Eva, and we'll work together to find a new date and time that suits you and your pet's busy schedule.

Cancellation Process:
To cancel your booked session, please email Eva at eva@hergottphotography with your invoice number and cancellation request.
 

Cancellation Fees:
All cancellations are subject to a $15 processing fee

Refund Structure:

  • If you cancel more than 7 days before your booked session, you will receive a full refund, less the $15 processing fee.

  • Cancellations made within 2 to 7 days of your booked session will result in a 50% refund, less the $15 processing fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of your booked session or for no-shows on the day.

Transfer Policy: Sharing the support, Hassle-Free!

I understand that plans can change, and sometimes the best moments are meant to be shared. To make things easier, you have the option to transfer your booked session to another person without incurring any processing or cancellation fees.

How to Transfer:

  1. Email me at eva@hergottphotography.com with the subject line "Booking Transfer" and include your booking details.

  2. Provide the new person's contact information, including their name, dog's name, email, and phone number.

  3. Once I receives your request, she'll update the booking details accordingly.

How do I book, and what happens after? 

  1. Hit BOOK NOW above to find available sessions

  2. Select an available date and time in March and April, and complete the booking form.

  3. Choose your payment type. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard (via Stripe).

  4. Once your payment has gone through, you will receive an instant booking confirmation via email from eva@hergottphotography.com  Check your spam if not received within 10 minutes.

  5. Once the booking has been reviewed, you will receive a separate email with all the information you’ll need on the day including where to find me, parking info, what to bring etc. 

  6. Look out for a reminder SMS the day before your session and don’t forget to show up!

How can I pay? 

Accepted Payment Methods:

  1. Credit Cards: We welcome Visa, MasterCard, through our secure payment gateway powered by Stripe. Rest assured, your transactions are encrypted with SSL technology for an extra layer of security.

  2. PayPal: For added convenience, we also accept payments through PayPal, a trusted and widely used online payment platform.

  3. Direct Debit Option: If you prefer to pay via direct debit, please contact us for the necessary details. We're happy to accommodate your preferred payment method.

Pre-Payment Requirement:
All bookings must be pre-paid through our secure online payment system. This ensures a confirmed reservation for your Paw Prints for a Cause Session. 

To maintain a contactless and efficient process, I do not accept cash payments on the day of the session.
